It is ruined, better just throw it away into a box to me

Honestly it just looks filmy or like something gave of gaseous fumes that fogged it. Some polish and a polishing pad should clean that right up.

Looks a little like condensation on the inside. Put it in warm and dry conditions and see if it goes away.

If it’s actually a glass lens, XXXX steel wool works great to get film/coatings off of glass (and chrome) without damaging the glass.

Could be a few things. Condensation, mold, or glue going bad (in older multi-layered glass lenses).

I’d guess that this is just condensation or random scuzz.
